Flamingo Party Rentals Bonaire Policies
• Renter is fully responsible for equipment & material damaged, lost or stolen during the rental period.
• Renter agrees that equipment counts, as shown on the rental contract (invoice), are correct unless exceptions are specifically noted on receipt. Renter agrees to immediately report any shortages or breakage to Flamingo Party Rentals. Renter further agrees that all changes are subject to final count and inspection by Flamingo Party Rentals personnel.
• Linens & table skirting must be returned dry and free of food and debris. Linens, napkins or skirts that have been torn or permanently damaged by stains, burns or candle wax will be billed to renter at full replacement cost.
• All items including glassware, tableware and china damaged, broken, lost, stolen, not returned or chipped will be billed to the renter at full replacement cost. Flamingo Party Rentals reserves the right to charge these costs to the costumer on file for the event payments.
• A return trip charge will be made for each extra delivery or pick-up call required of us and caused by renter.
• ALL SALES FINAL. No refunds
• All orders must be finalized three (3) days in advance. No accommodations will be made with less than three (3) days notice.
• All rented equipment must be together and ready for pick-up or an extra labor charge will apply for any delay incurred.
• Rental charges for equipment, other than tents, dance floors, ceiling drapes, chandelier, centerpieces & generators, do not include setup and teardown. These services are available upon request for and additional charged.
• All rates quoted are based on a 24-hour rental period per item; however, we allow extra time for the customer to pick up/drop-off at our location. We prefer to deliver the 1-2 days before your event and pick up the same day or the day after. Extended rental periods are available upon request for an additional change.
• All prices subject to change without notice.
Delivery Services
• Delivery rates are based on ground floor delivery to your door. Our personnel will neatly stack all items in a mutual convenient location. Delivery charges will be calculated based on the distance traveled and size of order. Special delivery fees apply to the time deliveries, long carriers, multi-crew, multi-day, high-rise, after-hours, holiday and otherwise difficult installations. Additions to the orders that have already been delivered will be subject to normal delivery fees. On-site delays caused by clients will result in additional delivery fees.
Like otherwise, equipment not ready at the scheduled pickup time will be subject to additional pick-up charges.
Disclaimer
• Submitting an order does not guarantee availability of items and is considered a quote. Your reservation will be completed once you speak with a team member to confirm your order and make payment.
Damage
• Flamingo Party Rentals is not responsible for any and all damage arising from the requested moving or non-rental items. Including but not limited to furniture, vehicles, plants, lights, etc. Additionally, clients will be assessed fee to move any non-rental items. Flamingo Party Rentals is not responsible to clients or any third party for any loss, damage or injury resulting from, or any way attributable to the operation of, use of, or any failure rental items. This includes damage to hardwood, tile, marble, limestone, State, Sandstone, tennis courts and driveways, walkways, etc.
Unsafe Conditions
Flamingo Party Rentals reserves the right to refuse to install or deliver rental equipment due to unsafe
INGO conditions or weather. If this occurs, Customer will be liable for a minimum of 50% of the total cost specified
in the Rental Agreement.
Flamingo Party Rentals will use all appropriate means and methods to secure the rental equipment for the safety of the Customer and the equipment. Flamingo Party Rentals is not responsible for underground utilities, and
charges for time out, whether equipment is used or not. If permission is granted by the Customer to stake anything into the ground at their desired location, then it is the sole responsibility of the Customer to check for underground utilities and water mains.
The renter agrees that Flamingo Party Rentals holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by the use of rental items to the renter or any third party. The renter assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury and if any accident involving Flamingo Party Rentals items has occurred while it is in the renter’s possession, the renter shall make Flamingo Party Rentals immediately aware by written statement of details of occurrence of the event including a police report and names and addresses of witnesses.
Cancellation Policy
• When an order is placed with Flamingo Party Rentals, all equipment is reserved, prepared and hand packed. When cancellation occurs, these items are unavailable to other clients.
• All order up to an amount of US$500,- must be fully paid in advance.
• All orders exceeding US$500,- will require a 30% nonrefundable deposit in order for Flamingo Party Rentals to reserve their order. Customers who cancel their order any time after the deposit is made will lose their deposit regardless of their circumstances or reason for cancellation.
